Registration

Kindly collect your conference documents at the registration desk, located in the Foyer of Bizkaia Aretoa Congress Venue. Conference material will not be sent beforehand.

REGISTRATION DESK OPENING TIMES:
Sunday 16 July: 17:00 – 19:00
Monday 17 July: 08:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 18 July: 08:00 – 20:00
Wednesday 19 July: 08:00 – 19:30
Thursday 20 July: 08:00 – 14:00

Speakers

All the presentations of the day should be prepared and loaded before each session. They may be loaded from 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning and from 10:15 to 10:45 during the coffee break in the room where they are going to be carried out. The Elhuyar Hall, situated on Floor 0 of Bizkaia Aretoa, will be at the disposal of speakers so that they may work on their presentations prior to loading them.

Poster viewing

Posters will be on display in "Chillida Hall" from Monday 17 to Tuesday 18 July and may be put up on Sunday 16 from 17:00 to 19:00 and on Monday 17 from 8:30 to 16:00. Posters must be removed at the end of the session on Tuesday 18 after 20:00 or on Wednesday 19 before 13:00.

Catering

Coffee breaks will be organized in Bizkaia Aretoa, where also the poster and exhibition area is located.
Monday 17 July: 10:15 – 10:45 and 16:20 – 16:40.
Tuesday 18 July: 10:15 – 10:45 and 16:20 – 16:40.
Wednesday 19 July: 10:15 – 10:45 and 16:05 – 16:25.
Thursday 20 July: 10:15 – 10:45.

Lunch will be organized in the dining room of the university library close to Bizkaia Aretoa, is included in the conference kit.
From Monday to Thursday
Lunch time: 13:00 – 14:14.

* The companions have a chance to eat at the same place of Participants making a payment of tickets at the Technical Secretariat
